(hereinafter “Client”) Client agrees to pay all fees associated with requested work and understands that project will not start until payment is received. 

Client agrees to complete the questionnaire and answer questions via phone or email and provide as much information as possible to create a great resume and materials.

Once the Client Service Agreement is signed and submitted, your invoice for Write Step Resumes, LLC services will be sent to the inbox of the e-mail that you gave your WSR representative.  


  • Any fees are payable upfront to Write Step Resumes, LLC once the client signs this contract and before any work will be performed.

  • The client has six (6) months to use all retained services. A fee of half the cost of the original project will be assessed to restart your project. (Ex. $450 original project will incur a $225 restart fee)

  • Once this contract is signed and initial intake conversation is completed (30-min consult), fees for services are neither cancelable nor refundable, even if service is terminated before completion.

  • Resume fees include the review of the completed exercises/questionnaire, up to a 30-minute interview, discussion of strategy, the first draft and 2 set of edits before the final version is printed. Any revisions beyond the final version will result in a $150 fee.

  • If the client does not wish to do the requested exercises, does not do them completely, or requires more than a 30-minute interview, an additional hourly rate of $150.00 will have to apply for in-depth interviewing.

  • The content and suggested format of the resume is discussed upfront. Any additional re-working, re-formatting, or additional career targeting will have to be charged additional fees, depending on the complexity.

  • Client agrees to respond via email with approval/changes within 7 calendar days of receiving draft. If approval/changes are not returned by then, it is assumed that draft was acceptable and final prints will be created and sent to the client.

  • Write Step Resumes, LLC is not responsible for information obtained from the client that is inaccurate or incorrect. Please be accurate with your titles, job descriptions, dates, education, and activities.

  • Write Step Resumes, LLC’s liability is limited to the completion of work. Write Step Resumes, LLC assumes no liability after resume has been proofread by the client. It is agreed that in the event of any legal action, the laws of Alabama will apply, that venue will lie in Jefferson County, AL, and only the courts located there will have jurisdiction over the parties.

  • Client agrees to pay via money order, cash, or PayPal.




  • Normal turnaround time is 10 business days from receipt of questionnaire. Business days are Monday-Friday, not including holidays. Due to the high demand for services, we are unable to accommodate rush services at this time.
